Emily Vizzo is a writer, editor and educator whose work has appeared in FIELD, Blackbird, jubilat, North American Review, The Los Angeles Times, Next American City, and other publications. Her essay, "A Personal History of Dirt," was honored as a notable essay in Best American Essays 2013, and she was selected for inclusion within Best New Poets 2015. Muriel Leung is the author of Bone Confetti, winner of the 2015 Noemi Press Book Award. A Pushcart Prize nominated writer, her poetry, fiction, and nonfiction can be found or is forthcoming in Gulf Coast, Drunken Boat, Fairy Tale Review, and others. She has been awarded fellowships to attend Kundiman, VONA/Voices Workshop, and Community of Writers at Squaw Valley. She is also a Poetry Co-editor of Apogee Journal. Currently, she is pursuing her PhD in Creative Writing and Literature at University of Southern California.
Kate Partridge is the author of the poetry collection Ends of the Earth (University of Alaska Press, 2017) and the hybrid chapbooks Guide to Urban Reindeer (Essay Press, 2017) and Intended American Dictionary (MIEL Books, 2016). Her poems and lyric essays have appeared in Colorado Review, Ninth Letter, Alaska Quarterly Review, Blackbird, Pleiades, and Third Coast. She is pursuing a PhD in creative writing and literature at the University of Southern California.
