Our Story
When the four of us took over the book shop during the summer of 2020, we asked ourselves: “How can we be more than a retail space, and how can we serve the community?”…So we opened our door to proposals, and since then, we have had the pleasure of hosting wonderful and diverse events for all ages: zine making workshops, comedy shows, poetry readings, open mic nights, kids’ hip-hop dance lessons, art exhibitions and more.
Your contribution will further our mission: to support local, independent and emerging artists, writers, and creatives, and to provide low and no-cost creative programming for the NELA community.
