Join us for a night of conversation, workshop, and mixer to reconnect with yourself and others who want to give their corazón a little extra love!

February is all about love and the longest and most important relationship we have is with ourselves, so let's get together to learn or refresh ways to show ourselves a little more love In 2023!

During this event we will..

  • Learn tools to start to break past these limitations and stories.

  • Identify and set powerful intentions for the rest of the year.

Presented by Brenda & Ana Sheila, the force behind the self-love and advocacy podcast, Tamarindo. Ana Sheila is queer, wellbeing entrepreneur, and coach; Brenda is an experienced lecturer, writer, and fitness instructor. Together, they share a mission to use laughter and conversation to inform, inspire, and positively impact the community.
